At Lavington Pre-School we have a fantastic team of staff who bring a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience to the school.

We take care to select only the best people for our school, we look for individuals who are creative and energetic, responsible and mature. We expect the highest level of dedication from our team members and this is reflected in our Ofsted rating and the smiles on the faces of our children.

We are supported by a dedicated committee of parents who meet regularly to oversee the long term planning for the school and the organisation of fund raising events.
